14-Night Transition Trial
We understand that babies can take time to adjust to something new. That’s why we offer a 14-Night Transition Trial, so you can try your SNOOZYBABY Sleepsuit at home and see how it works for your little one.
How It Works
1. Order with Confidence
Your SNOOZYBABY Sleepsuit will be delivered to your door, ready to use.
2. Try It for 14 Nights
Use the product as part of your normal sleep routine and allow time for your baby to adjust.
3. Decide What Works Best
If it works for you, continue using it with confidence. If it’s not the right fit, you may request a return within the trial period.
4. Send It Back
Once the item is returned and received by us, we will process your refund.
Trial Terms & Conditions
- The 14-night trial begins from the date your order is marked as delivered.
- You must contact us at contact@snoozybaby.com.au within the 14-night period to request a return.
- The item must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- The trial applies only to purchases made directly through our website.
- Limited to one trial per customer or household.
- Products that are damaged, excessively worn, or not returned may not be eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if an item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition, we may offer a store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if required.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Store credits will be issued via email.
