How the Trial Works

1. Order with Confidence
We’ll send your SNOOZYBABY Sleepsuit straight to your door so you can begin using it right away.

2. Try It for 14 Nights
Give your baby time to adjust and see how it fits into your sleep routine.

3. Decide What Works Best
If you love it, simply keep using it. If it’s not the right fit, contact us within the trial period to arrange a return.

4. Send It Back
Once the item has been returned to us, we’ll process your refund.

Trial Terms & Conditions

• The 14-Night Transition Trial begins from the date your order is delivered.
• If you decide the product isn’t right for you, you must contact us via email at contact@snoozybaby.com.au within the 14-night trial period to request a return.
• The product must be returned to us for a refund to be processed.
• Return postage is not included and is the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• The trial applies only to products purchased directly through our website.
• Limited to one trial per customer or household.
• Products that are damaged, excessively worn, or not returned may not be eligible for a refund.
• Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
