What Payment Methods are accepted?

Snoozy Baby®  accepts payments via Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard & PayPal. 

        eWAY Payment Gateway

Snoozy Baby®  also accepts payments via direct deposit, cheques, and bank cheques into our bank account. Please contact us at sales@snoozybaby.com.au to arrange.

 

Postage and Delivery Info

All orders within Australia are sent via Registered Australian Post & Via Fastway Courier Service. Free Delivery applies to all orders over $150. 


    

Please note Snoozy Baby can arrange deliveries to residential or business addresses however cannot accept responsibility for deliveries to PO Boxes.


All deliveries require a signature, should Australia Post or the Courier Service attempt delivery and no one is available to sign then your order will not be left. A card will be left advising you to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post Office or if its via courier you will need to contact the courier. Please be aware that these cards have been known to go missing, so please check at your local Australia Post Office if your order is taking longer than expected. If your local Australia Post Office claims they have no knowledge of the parcel, please email customerservice@snoozybaby.com.au or call us on 03 9884 8363.

You may choose your items to be sent via registered express or regular parcel post. Below outlines the estimated delivery times:

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Snoozy Baby®  grants no refunds of products purchased on this Website except where applicable under the Trade Practices Act.  We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned to Snoozy Baby®  and exchanged within 14 days from the original sales receipt.  Return shipping costs are not covered by Snoozy Baby®  and are at the expense of the buyer. To exchange items please email customerservice@snoozybaby.com.au or phone Snoozy Baby®  to arrange. You will need to complete the return & exchange form and post your unused items in their original packaging to Snoozy Baby®  accompanied by the original Sales Receipt.

Please note: If you have purchased your Snoozy Baby®  item(s) from one of our Stockists, please contact the Stockist directly for their return and exchange policy.

 

Can I send my order as a gift to someone?

Yes! For an additional small cost of $7.50 Snoozy Baby®  will happily send your order as a gift. Your items will be professionally gift wrapped in gorgeous wrapping paper and a card will also be included. Simply complete the name and delivery details of the recipient of your gift in the delivery section. Please use the ‘Order Notes’ section to include a personal message when checking out. This message will be printed on a card and enclosed with your gift purchase.
